Mô tả công việc  Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume partners to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives  Build up and develope business product/process. Monitor, review, evaluate financial indicators, product quality, process periodically and make improvements (if any);  Innovate various new products (includes but not limited to Lending Products), performing product pricing, risk evaluation and operation processes designing  Proposing new services / business cooperation models.  Digitalize current products through innovative approaches.  Analyze market trends and dive deep to partners business performance and provide consultants to grow their business with MAFC  Deliver digital onboarding project from end-to-end with partners  Work with key stakeholders across the company to set and execute the go to market strategy and roadmap for MAFC’s long-term growth;  Ensuring good control partnership business daily operation, to track business plans, suggest & take corrective measures where needed and control risk factor at lowest level. EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION  Bachelor’s Degree in Banking/Finance, Economics, Marketing or related majors. b. EXPERIENCE  5+ years working experience in same field at banks, financial institutions, fin-tech, ecommerce or security  Good in communication and planning, market analysis & project management  Understanding of system integration and platform-to-platform connection is preferable. Lending platform understanding: CRM, Mobile app for Customer, LOS/LMS, Integration of core system with related system  Highly effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills;  Strong interpersonal skill and Negotiation skill  Written and verbal fluency in English is required.  Advanced IT skills, excel, word, power point;  Strong, quantifiable experience in Partner led sales and engagements; c. INDIVIDUAL CHARACTERISTICS  Ability to work hard/ Ability to work in details;  Effective problem solving;  Have interest in innovation/ systemization/ digitalization;  Careful, honest, innovative;  Open-minded, proactive, well adaptable to changes.
