Mô tả công việc Overview: The service trainer for Charles & Keith and Pedro will deliver, improve and monitor a variety of globally standardized training courses to develop Maison people and ensure their personal and professional excellence. MAIN TASKS: - Delivery of various in-store training to achieve the Company's Customer Service Standard - Provide feedback on learning and fashion programs to enhance store staff’s skills so that they are equipped with necessary skills to achieve business goals - Be responsible for operation training plan, implementation, and effectiveness - Champion various projects and initiatives to enhance quality of customer experience - Follow up training effectiveness through in-class evaluations, in-store checklists, in-store evaluations, ETC.
