JOB BRIEF: - Receives and manages pipeline of future projects and project proposals. - Transfers issues to senior BA for evaluation. - Maintains visibility of all approved projects monthly: Progress, budget, resources, issues. - Updates central database and BI dashboard. - Coordinates committee activities including in-person/online meetings, votes. II. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Portfolio Coordination: - Receives and manages pipeline of future projects and project proposals. - Maintains visibility of all approved projects monthly: Progress, budget, resources, issues. - Updates central database and BI dashboard. - Transfers issues to senior BA for evaluation. 2. Committee Coordination: - Coordinates committee activities including in-person/online meetings, votes. 3. Business Analysis: - Identify problems within projects/company. - Investigate, analyze and propose solutions. 4. Other tasks assigned by direct superior.
