Mô tả công việc Job Description Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options Document financial transactions by entering account information Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions Analyze financial information and summarise financial status Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results Secure financial information by completing database backups Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process Provide input into department's goal setting process Provide technical support and advice on management Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Support month-end and year-end close process Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel Plan, assign and review staff's work Communicate effectively with clients Communicate with Manager and/or Director on work status and client issues that arise Quyền lợi được hưởng Laptop Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Phụ cấp Đồng phục Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Công tác phí Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng Requirements: Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process Awareness of business trends Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills Experience with creating financial statements Excellent accounting software user and administration skills (SAP Software) Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Accuracy and attention to detail Intermediate understanding of accounting and reporting standards, gaining experience in researching as it relates to accounting issues Good in English communication (4 skills)
