Mô tả công việc Working location: Full romote Work closely with the offshore team to confirm requirements and specifications, and manage the team and delivery on schedule. As a project leader for offshore development, you will be responsible for the following tasks: ■ Meeting with Japan side to hear their system requirements (Bridge) ■ Define requirements ■ Preparation of development work plans ■ Progress management of the project ■ Design of functions ■ Coding ■ Manage the project members, etc. Note: - The total number of engineers are 30, and 2 to 10 people participate in each project. - All project is done in-house, so you can develop forward with members you are familiar with! Yêu cầu kỹ năng Education level: Bachelor English conversational level (email / chat) Experience: PHP and Java for at least 3 years. Specific design from the beggining Language skills: N2 advanced. Personaility: flexible 1. Experience in project scheduling and progress management 2. Experience in EC/CRM related development 3. Experience in handling offshore development
