Make sure that accounting information/ data must be kept confidential. 2.4.1 Asset office controller. 2.4.2 Laptop ownership program controller. 2.4.3 MKT closing, MKT accrue and reverse free goods controller. 2.4.4 Recurring and depreciation controller. 2.4.5 Cost controller. 2.4.6 Allocation goods and landed cost controller. 2.4.7 MKT program from Modern Trade controller. 2.4.8 Shipment cost controller. 2.4.9 Cash advance controller. 2.4.10 Follow goods in transit. 2.4.11 Master data for MKT. 2.4.12 Re-check proposal MKT program. 2.4.13 Create AP outstanding. 2.4.14 Make A & P Report. 2.4.15 Cash projection owner. 2.4.16 Follow account payable domestic. 2.4.17 Review VAT summary report. 2.4.18 Audit IPT report monthly. 2.4.19 Make bank transfer. 2.4.20 Follow payment oversea. 2.4.21 Remaining GL transaction to finish closing. 2.4.22 PNL report + Balance sheet report + Trial Balance (Nationwide & Region) 2.4.23 Analysis PNL report (Nationwide) 2.4.24 Other task from Finance Accounting and Service Manager. Key skills: time management skill, problem solving skill, organization skill. Graduation from economic, accounting – finance. Strong knowledge of accounting and finance. Well understanding of accounting law of Viet Nam, tax and relevant policies. At least 4 working years in accounting – finance or equivalent. Knowledge/ experience in FMCG is advantage. Ability to work fast, effectively, under high pressure. Ability to work overtime for meeting deadline. Proficient at Ms. Office (excel) and accounting software. Able to self-acknowledge and learn from experience, able to acquire knowledge for self – improvement.
