Mô tả công việc - Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers. - Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. - Communicate with the kitchen regarding the length of wait for food items, re-cook orders, and product availability. - Answer questions on menu selections, and check with kitchen staff whenever additional clarification is necessary. - Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to service manual. - Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages. - Stock side stations with proper amounts of silverware, glasses, cups, folded napkins, etc. - Check food before serving it to guest to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct. - Set up receptacles for trash and dirty linen and transport clean and soiled linens as required. - Ability to handle POS and Cashier System and works within all pre-set budgetary limits. - Maintain standards of food sanitation and food quality and follow appropriate procedures for serving alcohol. - Present physical and accurate check and process payment, adhering to all cash handling and credit policies/procedures including added and received gratuity. - Any offer tasks will be assigned by Superiors Quyền lợi được hưởng - Service charge according to Hotel policy - 13th months salary - 2 days off/ week - Competitive salary and others benefit - 12 Annual leave per year - Team building - Opportunity for training and development - Uniform and meal will be provided by hotel - 24/7 insurance.
