Mô tả công việc * Mission - We are looking for candidates who have strong knowledge of the Vietnamese Non Food online retail landscape and direct experience within a volume multi branded retail - You will be tasked and assume responsibility for budget setting, delivering exceptional customer experience and improve the overall product assortment eventually. - Your broad understanding of the buying, product development process will be highly regarded, as will your strength in delivering strong retail results. This is great role for an existing Digital Marketing, or an ambitious manager, ready for their next step into markets evolution, who brings a strong commercial eye for product and one who understands design lead business. * Activities - Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy on Non Food - Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels - Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content - Build an inbound marketing plan - Research and forecast future sales and performance trends - Train the Non Food team on the Digital process tools - Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices - Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement - Oversee all the Non-Food division's social media accounts - Keep abreast with market trends and best practices - Great interpersonal and communication skills Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Language: Good level of spoken and written in English - Seniority: Minimum 5 years’ experience in online Business and /or Hyper market retail business and /or related business. - Office skills: Proficient in Microsoft office - Education: Bachelor/Degree - Attitude: Humble and willing to learn every day. Positive Thinking * Competencies - Customer-focused. - Knowledge of Non Food Online and Merchandising management is a must, Knowledge of supermarket/ hyper-market business is an advantage. - Strong analytical ability,Actions Plans & data/figures. - Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed. - Must be flexible for overtime working and have enthusiasm for teamwork and fast-paced environments. - Good knowledge of MS Office & Digital Tools.
