Mô tả công việc Estimate sales volume : · Foster Marketing Dept., Sales Administration to timely supply analytic data of sales volume for sales Dept. to make sure the progress of sales estimation and order timely. · Combine with Marketing Dept. and Sales Dept. to make sure accuracy of sales estimation and maximize inventory. · Take responsibility to measure difference of estimation, combine with Marketing Dept. to analyse the reason and suggest improvement to enhance accuracy of estimation as company’s objective. Importing plan and allocate goods : · Take main responsibility to foster relevant departments to finish confirmed order monthly timely. · Ensure DOI of distribution centers and inventory at distributors. · Ensure availability of goods for distribution plan at distribution centers at every time, transfer plan is ready with optimal & suitable cost for business plan of company. · Timely inform the goods status and allocate key SKU appropriately to help sales force to take the initiative in distribution. · Analyze goods status which late rotated at each area and timely suggest transfer solution to avoid decayed and out of date. · Take responsibility to measure the reliability of supplying goods of Export team, combine with export team to analyse the reason and suggest improvement solution to enhance the trust for supplying goods as company’s objective. · Make sure import & export documents correctly. Control and Optimize inventory: · Analyse sales data related to sales volume, value in area and other data to make action plan for sales force, and make sure that that plan is informed exactly and clearly. Constantly evaluate the progress and effect to take change if necessary. · Follow, analyse data relevant to inventory limit at every time and suggest rotation solution and ask Marketing team to clear goods going to be out of date. Report: · Make sure monthly inventory report timely and exactly. · Make sure reasonableness of figures and data. Teamwork: · Work closely with members belong other team (Logistic, Sale Administration…) to make sure that information is update. · Establish working environment where is active, positive for effectiveness. Safety and confidence: Implement and manage progress of safety and confidence of information as company’s regulation. Other tasks as assigned by Supply Chain Manager. Job requirement Competence requirement: · University degree. · Work experience in demand/ supply planning, preferably in FMCG industry. · Additional experiences in logistics would be beneficial. · Speedily, timely & exactly process and analyse data to meet the deadline of progress. · Leading skill is highly required when making sales volume estimation and timely & exactly making order. · Communicate clearly, effectively with strong database. · Flexible thinking, communication and high coordination. · Honesty and Righteous: ability to commit to maintain righteous spirit, social behaviour related to ethics, and company’s value. Follow closely on rules and compliance business ethics and base principle. · Computer: excellent at Ms. Office · Fluent in English and local language (spoken and written). · Presentation clearly, smoothly, focus, logic. · Negotiation skill: use effectively ability of data analyse, logic, strong database to raise appropriated suggestions with high persuasive aligned with company’s goal and job effectiveness.
