Mô tả công việc - Be the go-to person in the business for the future forecast and latest patterns being seen in sales - Manage the demand planning process for the relevant category, in weekly buckets with SKU details; by product family by month for 4-24 months and focusing on eliminating bias and improving forecast accuracy. - Evaluate previous assumptions performance, highlight risks and opportunities in sales volume based on statistical analysis and then recommend changes to future forecast, influence business team to enable future forecast. - Using all facts and data available to provide insights and business partnering - Responsible for baseline forecast generation by using the statistical forecasting methods by the advanced tools. - Understand and communicate future changes in the forecast. - Understand the latest trends seen in the products, customers and locations. - Manage all the KPIs selected for category team to identify where needs attention and how to improve forecast accuracy and forecast bias. - Coordinate integration of activity plans coming from CD on top of the baseline forecast, capture all future assumptions used to build a rolling 24-month unconstrained demand. - Make weekly reviews to capture risk/opportunities for operational forecast Quyền lợi được hưởng Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Yêu cầu kỹ năng 1. Education and Background: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply chain, Logistics or related field - Minimum 3 years’ experience in Demand Planning role 2. Functional skills: - English working proficiency - Proven experience in leading forecasting process. - Demonstrate analytical thinking and sensible of number. - Demonstrate communication and influence skills - Experience in forecasting system is plus ( SAP, Power BI, Power Query, SQL or other relevant tools)
