Mô tả công việc • Leading and facilitation of cross functional teams to tackle stock risks and stock outages to mitigate customer service impact. • Participate in rolling out Anaplan, the new Demand Planning platform, within the business and integrating the tool as the future planning platform. • Managing the forecasting process with the commercial teams by accurately validating the customers sales plans. • Driving insights through data and continuous improvement. • Working with internal Finance teams to update plans, estimates and risk and opportunities scenarios. • Setting up new product forecast in the system and coordinating with sales and marketing market arrival times and launch dates. • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales Organization and personnel to ensure business plans and forecasts are accurate. • Generating new insight to sales and marketing based on the insight from market data. • Managing forecasting assumptions and alignment with sales and Supply Chain. • Use of forecasting models to build customer/channel/brand forecasts. • Analyze and adjust forecast based on category/product trends along with changes in marketing and sales plans. • Drive participation on the S&OP forecast process, responsible for building and aligning 18 months forecast by brand/product group based on sales and marketing plan input • Provide insights and analyses for the short term/long term forecast vs. actual performance, by brand, SKU and major customers • Preparation of insightful S&OP meetings and close follow-up of this meeting • Responsible the accuracy of S&OP. • Manage new launches from a demand planning perspective and give proactive feedback to the Brand and Sales team as well. • Develop projects to improve the Demand Planning/Market Data organization and efficiency. Yêu cầu kỹ năng ** Education & Experience: • A minimum of 4 years Post Graduate experience in a similar role • Degree in Business Administration • Knowledge of Anaplan and other demand planning tools • Minimum of 5 years solid logistics experience in a corporate environment • More than 3 years of proven track record of Demand Planning withing the FMCG industry, ideally within beverages ** Functional & Leadership Competencies: • Ability to bring management structure and improve sustainably internal processes • Outstanding Analytical Skillset • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact & provide recommendations to senior stakeholders including strong presentation skills that outline a clear message. • Excellent analytical and organizational skills as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment while managing numerous work streams simultaneously to tight timelines • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese • Teamwork, proactive Drive, Initiative, Planning & Organizing, Innovativeness • Have a systematic approach and be able to document clearly the proposed changes • Self-starter, able to manage complete priorities under pressure • Knowledge of Anaplan and other demand planning tools • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to organize and structure information
