Mô tả công việc Job Duties and Responsibilities • We are looking for a Data Visualization Specialist who will work closely with the team members to collectively produce insights that can affect change. This output is for the consumption of multiple teams like product, engineering, marketing, operations, and support. Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories: • Build interactive dashboards, animations and reports showcasing various insights emerging out of the team’s work. • Convey complex ideas as data stories in a non-technical way using creative visualizations to assist decision making • Communicate with a variety of audiences – data scientists, product managers, marketers, senior management, etc. – by effectively and appropriately using advanced data visualization, presentations, written descriptions etc. • Constantly look for and adopt innovative techniques and tools to ensure the team stays at the forefront of data analysis and visualization Quyền lợi được hưởng • “FPT care” health insurance provided by AON and is exclusive for FPT employees. • Annual Summer Vacation: follows company’s policy and starts from May every year • Salary review 2 times/year or on excellent performance • International, dynamic, friendly working environment • Annual leave, working conditions follow Vietnam labor laws. • Other allowances: lunch allowance, working on-site allowance, etc. Yêu cầu kỹ năng Skills – Experience and Requirements If you meet most of the following requirements, you are likely to be a great fit for the position: • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field. You enjoy telling stories with data. In addition to an artistic flair, you have a good grasp of basic statistics and machine learning. • Creativity to look for new and innovation ways to transform raw data sets into compelling and meaningful visual illustrations through exploratory data analysis • You are an experienced software developer – you are proficient in client-side web programming with JavaScript. You are also comfortable with R/Python, databases and SQL. • You possess strong data visualization skills using programmatic tools (e.g. ggplot, matplotlib, Shiny, d3.js) and tools like Tableau. • You have at least 2 years of experience working with data and data visualization. You have built interactive dashboards and reports communicating complex ideas to non-technical audience. Additional Preferred Qualification: • Understanding of motion in the context of data visualization as a support tool for data analysis and pattern recognition • You have examples of interesting visualizations you’ve created for work or fun that you could present us during the interview • Experience with data visualization libraries Victory or HIGHCHARTS
