Mô tả công việc To explore and analyze datasets with tools like Excel Locate and define new process improvement opportunities To recognize and adopt best practice in reporting and analyzing: data integrity, validation, documentation, dashboard Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns To analyzing and solve the problem at their roots and report the results as in chart To evaluate changes or tendency of data or statistic and give out/ advice the solution Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports of the whole project and other assigned reports that Team Manager requires in advance To use statistic to generate clear and effective recommendation for action plan. Attention to detail: make sure to be vigilant in analysis to come to correct conclusions Have experience in Call center and in building dashboard for performance monitoring is a plus A good knowledge and understanding of analytical tools, data analysis principles
