Mô tả công việc Main Purpose Good planning and ensure all materials are provided on time Search/ find/provide all the products /items which operation/BU needs or other department which is directly or indirectly related to NSO , make sure the process smooth and solve the problems in the chain if any. Dealing with suppliers to make good contracts and better price which brings benefit to company Challenges Working for urgent case and complete urgent tasks (sometime relating to oversea products) NSO request/ target with relistic situation; time/ quality/cost control; stablize the suppliers/chain; on time payment Create the plan for order equipments/furniture/tools (domestic and overseas)...... for new store opening Working under pressure of time Key Accountabilities Monthly items inventory checks & Ordering & ensure products are delivered in accordance with purchase order terms and conditions Working on the payment process to make sure no delay vs. timeline/deadline Work closely with Ops & QC to follow daily order & delivery schedule for all products to stores on time & quality compliance Proactive identify procurement activities potentially impacting the project's ability to perform its duties and advise the necessary stakeholders Proactively identify issues with day-to-day ordering processes and resolve and/or communicate the issues to management in a timely manner, as needed; Perform other duties and functions as assigned Quyền lợi được hưởng - Cung cấp trang thiết bị đầy đủ để phục vụ công việc. - Làm việc trong môi trường năng động, chuyên nghiệp có nhiều cơ hội thăng tiến. - Được hưởng các chính sách phúc lợi theo quy định của công ty. - Được đóng BHXH, BHYT, BHTN. - Được đào tạo, nâng cao nghiệp vụ thường xuyên.
