Employee Management • Assign work and tasks to junior staff • Monitor and evaluate the work performance of employees • Support employees to do their job well, remind when necessary • Training and guiding employees 2. Administration of work • Resolve daily related incidents. • Coordinate with other departments to perform the work. Receive requests from other departments and provide/update necessary data. 3. Build process • Developing and supplementing procedures and missing documents • Monitor and update processes and documents when there are changes 4. Planning • Develop departmental plans • Follow the plan. 5. Daily operation support • Customer care • Process Order, label printing • Claim Carrier for shipping errors • Storage management 6. Report detected cases when performing work • Report common arising cases that have a great impact on business: Changed shipping prices, invitations for cooperation, new policies of sales channels, ... • Report the relevant teams to correct some wrong points on the product listing: price, content, image, .... • Report special cases about products, labels • Report repeated error conditions to improve products, packaging, ... 7. Research, improve • Research solutions to problems encountered • Solutions for improvement in work quality 8. Reports, statistics, analysis • Report on work progress in the week/month • The work has not been done, the shortcomings, difficulties, give directions, solutions for implementation • Summary of statistics, problem solutions 9. Perform arising departmental tasks, staff's professional tasks and new projects at the request of the Board of Management • Perform arising tasks at the request of departments • Implement new projects at the request of the Board of Management Quyền lợi được hưởng Laptop Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Phụ cấp Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Tăng lương Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field in top University in Vietnam • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a customer service position • Have work experience in Ecommerce platform is preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. • Good written English and verbal communication skills. • Good understanding of management practices and techniques. • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. • Good at time managing, speed, teamwork, and multitasking. Ability to manage multiple projects across functions. Willing to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do attitude. • Strong analytical skills with consideration to company objectives. Proven track record of apply analytical techniques to solve supply chain problems
