Mô tả công việc Scope of Work: Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide information in the tourist industry (Hotel booking, tour booking, E-ticket…) Responsibility: Performing day to day operational activities in customer service Giving excellent services to customers Receive and respond to all incoming inquiries by: phone, email, Facebook, chat, other as needed.
