We cover Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam. • The purpose of this role is to significantly input into the design of, acquire and implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that seamlessly meets the requirements of different ambitions for the future of Minthacare. Yêu cầu kỹ năng • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, majoring in marketing/communication, • Native Vietnamese, fluent in English • 3/5 years of experience in a similar position • Experience of developing and implementing a sales driven database, such as Zoho, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics • Experience in project management and leading a project team • Supplier negotiation and procurement of high-value software • Excellent analytical and IT skills including data management • Familiar of FMCG, dermo cosmetic or pharmaceutical brands/ products • Knowledge/ culture of the healthcare market is a plus
