Mô tả công việc - Organize periodic customer reviews on deal quality, quality customer service; listen to customers‘ opinions and expectations customers to build an effective customer service system. - Make reports according to instructions from department heads - Monitoring quality through customer evaluation survey plan as well as the flow of customers’ reflection on product quality products/services. - Coordinating with the relevant Department Heads to provide support measures to resolve customer complaints in a satisfactory and timely manner to ensure effective customer service activities. - Support the Head of Department in monitoring the activities of the Service Customer Department - From customer feedback to support application testing along with advanced IT high customer experience.
