Hence, CRM is our core to bring that belief into life. About the role This role is to taking care of CRM system & driving initiatives to grow sales via CRM activities (both online & offline) This role involves close work with back-end CRM tech team/agency to bring the best CRM model in place to better support the business, with sales field to create new ideas to drive sales from CRM activities, and with other functions that need strong connection such as service team, hotline team, finance and marketing team. · Hotline complaints follow up : to follow up with complaints to ensure all are well solved by technical team/relevant team & do post-service call to check up after the complaints are solved to ensure consumer full satisfaction. · CRM fundamental: Analyse current consumer database to allocate calls to sales team & to share insights for team to take potential action/change if needed to drive more sales. · CRM new initiatives: define & drive new (both online/offline) referrals/consumer care services · Birthday activities: create and execute birthday activities with consumers to delight them with the care from our brand · Others that related to CRM system/CRM activities Quyền lợi được hưởng Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Yêu cầu kỹ năng • CRM in Home Appliances (hotline management/experience of designing & executing referrals campaigns/customer care experience) • Customer Service in Banking/Life Insurance companies • Passion for the industry & Pureit brand. • Passion about consumer insights. Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and articulate customer needs to translate into CRM initiatives to drive incremental sales. • Passion for the social & digital world and its implications for business. Very high willingness to learn. • A Good English language communicator with senior stakeholders, peers and reports (conversational and presentational). • Good in content writing (in Vietnamese). • Can work under high-pressure & open to constructive feedback.
