Mô tả công việc Plan and manage Chopp’s 6-month content calendar for all social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), including organic and paid initiatives. Help document process to manage Chopp's website and mobile app content Craft engaging content on a regular basis (newsletter, informative short articles, blog posts, drip campaigns) Prepare internal and external communications including announcements, press releases, presentations, technical documentation, sales support, etc. as needed. Write and publish reviews for Chopp's products with an authentic and appealing voice to raise brand awareness and customer engagement. Produce articles regarding food and healthy lifestyle to be published on Chopp's content channels (includes but not limited to Facebook, Email, Instagram, etc…). Topics: editorial articles for a healthy lifestyle, products review, stories about Chopp and our partners. Research, write and publish contents about our partners (businesses) and their products including detailed product descriptions. Strong understanding of story-telling and interpersonal communication principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and/or Mac apps (Pages, Keynote). Excellent writing and editing skills. Able to work independently under pressure while maintaining a high standard of work produced. Entrepreneurial, creative thinker. Passionate in food, healthy lifestyle, startup, technology. Highly organized, comfortable with moving fast. Proven portfolio/work samples. Communication, journalism or related fields preferred. Must be a team player and loves the startup culture.
