Mô tả công việc At a Glance On has been known for its midsole geometry, but Cloud Tec also heavily relies on On’s proprietary compounds. As the Compound Engineer, you would be responsible for working with your Zurich counterpart to drive inline compound development from Vietnam to make sure that any compounds which go into production meet the physical requirements and are completely validated to give our shoes the performance which On customers have come to expect. This would be done through work on the ground, directly with compounders, injection suppliers and mold makers. Your Team: On’s Footwear Development team is responsible for On’s full footwear product development process and is defined by out-of-the-box thinking and the outstanding athlete-informed technology that differentiates On footwear from all other footwear product in the market. By joining the On Footwear Development Team, you will have the opportunity to be part of an agile and interdisciplinary team of experts in the areas of footwear engineering and product management. Your Mission: Evaluate the feasibility of new compounds and associated topics – logistics, supply chain, capacity, feasibility Work with the inline and innovation teams to meet the compound wish list for future developments at On Cooperate with existing compound and injection partners to address any issues happening in current production and problem solve to fix the issues Maintain On’s high quality standards through SOP set up for sole compound, bonding process flow chart build up for each model Validate all new compounds which have been approved to go into production Data collection of sole material consumption Support Sustainability team on: #Water based cement implementation in stock fitting and assembly process Update RSL test manual implementation for sole compounds Quyền lợi được hưởng Laptop Chế độ bảo hiểm Xe đưa đón Du lịch nước ngoài Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng Calling you an expert in IMEVA, CMEVA, PU and rubber compounds doesn't even begin to do your knowledge and experience justice. You've got at least 7 years' experience in sole compound development and bonding process setup and have loved every minute of it. It's optional that you've got a degree in Chemistry, but you're not ready to stop learning just yet. You thrive when faced with autonomy and minimal guidance, and are confident enough to bring your own thoughts to the table. A real linguist, you're as confident speaking and writing in English as you are in Vietnamese. Mandarin is a plus. A willingness to travel (Switzerland, North Vietnam, areas around HCMC)
