Mô tả công việc MISSIO N We are looking for candidates who have strong knowledge of the Vietnamese Softline retail landscape and direct experience within a volume multi branded retail space and knows how to trade successfully in an ever-changing Homeline retail climate. You will be tasked with driving product strategy and fulfillment through 30 plus stores, assume responsibility for budget setting, delivering exceptional customer experience and improve the overall product assortment eventually. Your broad understanding of the buying, product development process will be highly regarded, as will your strength in delivering strong retail results. This is great role for an existing GM, or an ambitious senior manager, ready for their next step into sourcing management, who brings a strong commercial eye for product and one who understands buying or a design lead business. ACTIVITIES Maintain trusted and reinstall confidence in relationship with suppliers Follow up on regular basis with suppliers (targets of sales, Promos, Stock ,OOS , deliveries …) Monitor stock Level and service level ( set up suppliers standards, hangers, size tags and stickers ) Select Assortment of concerned Category according company policy (Cluster & Core Assortment) Make and Respect Buying plan to match DOI ( Division Target 60 days/stores) Negotiate National contracts ,trading terms, Promotion with suppliers Stay involved in Stock Distribution Remain Up to Date with Market trend ( New items, opportunities and consignment ) Visit Big C Stores on weekly ,monthly basis (schedule) Responsible for Front Margin , other income, Back Margin Provide 1- 2 spots items minimum twice per month for Catalogs Frequent and regular visits of competitors and suppliers (show room) Provide items selection and list on Catalog items (mini D-45) Realize Category review twice a year Responsible of Pricing Strategy and Price Management Negotiate seasonal area items, Purchases and promotional prices, returnable condition Determine & Valid with Store team 1ST allocation volume per stores Quyền lợi được hưởng Laptop Chế độ bảo hiểm Phụ cấp Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng Education: Bachelor/Degree. Knowledge of Softline Retail industry and Merchandising management is a must. Knowledge of supermarket/hypermarket business is an advantage. Customer-focused. Good at team management and collaboration. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Hyper market retail business and /or related business. Good communication and negotiation skills. Good level of spoken and written in English Strong analytical ability,Actions Plans & data/figures. Proficient in Microsoft office
