Strategy and Planning Participate in proposing and execute strategy and plan of the company, including: - Catch up the new trends of retail industry, ecommerce, competitors; - Optimize the Organization Chart structure and organizational resources (TO, PO); - Coordinate with departments to set up, implement their target plan as well as proposing solutions. Cooperate with external partnerships (market research, banks, ecommerce, etc) to enhance the Company’s brand, performance as well as increase the customer’s experience and convenience. B. KPI evaluation and Incentive - Coordinate with department to set up Target, KPI for each departments, given the most motivation for all staffs/teams/departments. - Set up Records target for incentive of stores an MD teams. - Proposing the timely and deserved incentive; - Calculate monthly and yearly incentive of stores and MD teams based on current target and performance. - Evaluate the KPI achievement of departments, based on target and actual performance. - Other incentives as requested by GD. C. Reporting - Keep track the implementation of GD’s requests from departments/teams. - Support to organize BOD meetings and other meetings. - Conduct ad-hoc reports, requested by Team leader, Director.
