Mô tả công việc Responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business. The executive is expected to work on new business proposals and presentations which are a persuasive representation of company’s products. Job Description: - Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities - Develop and implement quarterly and annual Business Development Plan to ensure maximum adoption of Sunlight products in all sectors. - Assist the organizations sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition - Keep prospective client database updated - Support in writing new business proposals - Make cold calls for new business leads - Able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity - Maintain knowledge of all product offerings of the company - Arrange meetings with prospective clients - Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc. Quyền lợi được hưởng - Profit sharing (if any) + Salary review 1 time / year - Competitive Income + insurance + 13th fixed salary - Training opportunities for both soft skills and professional skills - Accident insurance + Health check annually - 1-2 company trip / year Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Must possess strong customer service skills - Having 03-05 years’ experience in electrical industry as Business Development Executive - Must have good negotiation skills - Must be able to create good presentations - College’s degree required.
