Yêu cầu kỹ năng Job requirements - Discuss with Engineer Manager/Product/Stakeholders other to analyze and understand requirements of the project - Writing software business requirements specification documents; use case document, document detailing the general process of the system from overview to detail; - Development of user manuals and end-user training; - Research and understand the requirements, business objectives, and issues to provide clients with solutions - Update, analyze business, changes in the implementation process; - Communicate content to help project members such as engineers, QA/QC understand requirements and support the project during project implementation; - Complete products on time and ensure quality; - Coordinate acceptance test with QC/QA to ensure product quality; - Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors. Qualifications - Proficient in Business Analyst tasks and software development processes. - Can build professional projects (URD, SRS, User Guide, ..) and make presentations and training. - Good logical thinking ability, innovative spirit. - 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. - Bachelor's Degree, preferably in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related field. - Have experience in Agile methods, especially Scrum models. - Flexible, enthusiastic, responsible at work. - Good English (Reading, Listening is enough)
