Mô tả công việc Key responsibility Being a member of the Operational Excellence team, you will report to the Operation Excellence team leader with the main scope is to help implement standards and processes towards all departments, as well as set up a tracking method ensure our daily operations is being executed effectively, efficiently and consistently. The goal is to bring out the greatest value to not only the company’s customers and stakeholders but also maximize the employee’s positivity and strength. Familiarlize all key operations processes and flows (both system-related and unrelated) in order to train new users, monitor current activities towards the defined standards and timely indentify gaps / risks in order to continuously give out recommendations to improve the standards. Support systems team in providing business requirements during the system implementation phase. Visualize reports and operations metrics using dashboards and tools. Familiarlize and utilize all systems’ datasets and extractable reports among all systems (WMS, TMS and SAP) in order to consolidate and design Performance KPI reports on a weekly and monthly basis. T At least 1-2 years of experience in Logistics (warehouse and transportation) industry, strong knowledge and experience in performance tracking and reporting using data visualization tool and analytics skill. eam player characteristics that comforatably dealing with different stakeholders at different teams will be a strong plus.
