Mô tả công việc Source/propose new fabrics and trim according to buyer ‘required quality and target price Source/verify new factories when needed Negotiate with factories about the price & delivery Finalize costing sheet and control the cost Make T&A for the team, and assign tasks for team member in order to meet the time line Check and book capacity with factories Follow materials & samples development Work with technician team in order to get patterns/TF on time Attend the fitting meeting and approve for sample sending Resolve arising issues related to materials in production Be mainly responsible for delivery and quality of the order Coordinate with team member to fully follow up garment orders from order confirmation stage until garments exported Other task as assigned by Department Manager Quyền lợi được hưởng Laptop Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Chăm sóc sức khỏe Tăng lương Công tác phí Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng 1. Knowledge and experience: Have a good command of English At least 5-year experience as a merchandiser. At least 3-year experience in denim Strong at sourcing materials/factories Experience in ERP system is a plus 2. Skills: Good negotiation and problem-solving skills Good planning and organizational skill Time management skill 3. Others: Excellent attention to detail Responsible & faithful Good at numbers Active, positive thinking Working Place: 62 Tran Quang Khai, Tan Dinh, District 1, HCMC Working Time: Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:00)
