Mô tả công việc - Review the work of AR/AP accountants for assigned entities (if any); - Prepare all regular accounting processes such as AP, AR and Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts. - Supervise and ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in organization; - Prepare monthly management reports for assigned entities; - Monitor and implement all accounts payable check activation and transactions; - Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly; - Monitor account reconciliation, tax and calculations inclusive of cost accounting plus factory data recording processes and ensure tax compliance of the organization; -Assist departments in account reconciliation process on monthly basis; - Collate bank statements on monthly basis; - Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for filing; - Other tasks assigned by Manager/ Senior Manager; Quyền lợi được hưởng - Full insurance - Competitive salary - Additional payments: OTE - Salary discuss after 6 months(if reach KPI) Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/ Auditing or equivalent - Prefer English(reading skill) - More than 1-year experience AR /AP or over 1-year experience in Accounting and Auditing services.
