Mô tả công việc We are now hiring an Accountant to strengthen our Global Finance Team. This position will be based in our Ho Chi Minh City office, but to handle accounting tasks for our global operations took place in Singapore. About the job: Handle full process of Account Payables functions including: verify supporting documents; communicate with stakeholders (both internal & external), follow up with approval process, monitor expense budget pool, bookkeep & assist in financial statement package preparation; Handle expense payment process via banks in a timely manner; Liaise with other departments to collect financial data; Ensure completeness of accounting records and file documentation; Conduct reconciliation and month-end closing procedures for some accounts; Assist in preparing management reports; Reconcile bank transactions of all entities’ banks on daily basis & resolve discrepancies; Other duties as assigned. ACCA or relevant qualification is a plus; Experience in AP accounting and bank reconciliation; Detail-oriented and working under pressure; Profound communication and negotiation skills in English; Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Proficiency in working with high volume transactions; Prior experience in dealing with multiple currencies is a plus; Versatile team player - flexible, thorough, proactive and service-minded Able to work within an international, multicultural environment; Ability to work independently, responsibly, and timely.
