Mô tả công việc The Finance & Accounting Manager for Anytime Fitness Vietnam is expected to lead the entities’ financial accounting processes and related project management activities for the entity by ensuring the alignment of accounting standards with business strategies, and the alignment of business decisions with strict and rigorous reporting standards. Monthly Actual Reporting - Lead monthly actual financial statement reports and management/cost reporting for shareholders and management team; give analysis and advice to management. Includes weekly branch-based and company-wide reports. Controllership and Accounting - Oversee all accounting functions, accounts payable and disbursements, receivables, and collection, checking of employee reimbursements; ensuring complete supporting documentation, internal control compliance, and tax compliance. Treasury – co-lead all treasury functions, which includes management of related party transactions and relationship building with banks for loan availment and foreign exchange transactions Tax and Regulatory– ensure tax compliance checks, Lead the resolution of tax concerns by liaising with appointed tax audit firms, and providing strategic direction and approach for the soonest resolution of tax queries Project Management - Be the point of contact for internal and external audits and Board of Directors meetings (for the finance side). Coordinate with internal auditors, external auditors. Initiate and lead ad hoc projects for continuous system and process improvements. Lead the accounting team with integrity, discipline and passion.
