Mô tả công việc MISSION: Advertising Sales Manager (Account Manager) participates in the development and management of K+ Advertising sales operations. She/he is in contact with media agencies and advertisers. She/he develops the turnover from K+ platform. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Build commercial offers tailored to the needs of clients; Locate and contact potential clients to offer advertising services Prepare and deliver sales offer/presentations to new and existing clients Build long-term relationships with clients Responsible for convincing the clients to advertise on K+ channels & platform. Answer client briefs and monitor the sales follow-up Target the right clients, grow quality pipeline, win profitable deals and manage sales activities Reach the targets assigned Quyền lợi được hưởng - 13th Salary & Tet bonus - 14 days paid leaves per year - Gras Savoye insurance - Summer outing & other internal events & training courses Yêu cầu kỹ năng Minimum 3 years of working experience Experience to achieve revenue goals and high performance.
