Mô tả công việc Support front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail Support onboarding preparation for new employee Provide admin support to HODs and departments Manage travel booking request from other departments (hotels, air tickets, transportation, etc.) Handle contracts, expenses and billing cycles Assist in General Office administration Assist in the coordination of ad-hoc company functions/events Manage staff expense requests Order and manage office supplies such as namecard, stationaries, accessories, etc. Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required Maintain a proper and user-friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties Manage meeting room bookings from other departments, and make sure rooms are tidy and well-prepared for all meetings. Other tasks required by Manager. Yêu cầu kỹ năng University/College Degree Pleasant personalities, good professional image, excellent phone mannerism and enthusiasm in customer service Min 2 years relevant experience in a similar role preferably in Hospitality Industry Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, mature with an attention to detail is preferred. Pro-active and highly resourceful Abilities to multi-task and work independently Fluent in English communication Good understanding and knowledge in document control and management Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint applications is highly preferred
